Same crew handles the full property start to finish.
Residential work is for individual homeowners: patios, driveways, lawns, garden beds, and seasonal maintenance. Commercial work covers retail, office, industrial and multi-unit residential sites: grounds maintenance, lot clearing, snow management with service logs, and documented visits. Both get the same crew and the same standard.
Every project starts with a free on-site consultation. Michael comes to your property, takes measurements, discusses materials and options, and follows up with a flat-price itemized quote: materials, labour, disposal and timeline. One number, everything included. No design fees. Usually within 2 to 3 business days.
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly maintenance plans for lawns and gardens. Each visit follows a documented checklist: weeding, deadheading, edge trimming, mulch top-ups and seasonal adjustments. Snow management runs on seasonal contracts with a 2-inch trigger from November through April.

Yes. Fully licensed and insured: $5M commercial general liability, WSIB coverage for every crew member, and we pull municipal permits where required. Documentation is available before we start any project.
It depends on scope. A sod install can be done in a single day. A full interlock patio usually takes 3 to 5 days. A driveway rebuild is typically 2 to 4 days. Exterior waterproofing runs 3 to 5 days. We give you a clear timeline in the quote.
Most standard patio, sod and driveway projects don't require a permit. Retaining walls over a certain height, pool installations (Durham Region municipalities require a pool enclosure permit before a pool is filled), pool removals and some drainage work may need one. We tell you upfront and handle the application if needed.
E-transfer, cheque and cash. Larger projects are typically structured as a deposit up front, a progress payment, and a final payment on completion. The schedule is outlined in your quote.
