Interlocking & Hardscaping in Durham Region
Stone-cut precision, built on a proper base.
What we do
Every stone starts with the base beneath it.
Interlock patios, walkways, retaining walls and steps. Natural stone and concrete pavers, set on a true compacted base. Every hardscape project starts with six inches of engineered aggregate, compacted in lifts, with drainage plotted before the first stone is set.
We build for Canadian freeze-thaw: proper edge restraint, polymeric sand joints, and grading that moves water away from the foundation. The result is stonework that holds its line for decades, not seasons.

Why it lasts
Why our stonework holds its line.
6" compacted base
Engineered aggregate in three lifts. The foundation you'll never see is what makes everything above it last.
Drainage-first design
Every slope and swale is plotted to move water away from the house, not toward it.
Polymeric sand joints
Locks pavers tight, resists weed growth and ant infiltration between stones.
Fully insured
Full commercial liability coverage on every hardscape project. Your property is protected start to finish.

Common questions
Interlocking FAQ
Most residential patios take 3 to 5 days from excavation to final polymeric sand. Larger projects with retaining walls may take a week or more.
Natural stone offers unique colour and texture but costs more. Concrete pavers are uniform, come in more patterns, and are easier to replace. Both last decades on a proper base.
Standard patios don't require a permit. Retaining walls over a certain height (typically 1 metre) may need one. We'll advise during the quote and handle the application if needed.
